OLD STOCK WARNING! Received Pirelli tires manufactured in March 2023 when ordering in October 2026, with no clear disclosure beforehand that the tires could be several years old. When I raised my concerns, the company refused to offer any reasonable solution. Their proposed return policy requires the customer to pay return shipping plus a 15% restocking fee. Instead of addressing customer concerns, they focused on defending their personal views. If you order from Axon Distribution, ASK for the DOT dates before purchasing, or you can end up with old stock. Tire rubber can deteriorate over time, potentially affecting grip, traction, and overall safety on the road. You can see in the photo quality of the robber after 3.5 years, storage & handling... I’m just sharing my experience to warn buyers, do your own research and decide for yourself!

Exellent pricing, fast delivery to your door within the quoted time, large size range of current stock. The website takes a little bit of getting used to as the navigation is a little tricky sometimes. Make sure that you have the size that you want before acknowledging your order.

J'ai commandé en ligne un ensemble hiver (4 jantes et 4 pneus) pour un Subaru Outback 2026.
Sur le site internet d'Axon, les jantes étaient compatibles avec mon véhicule.
Lors de la préparation de ma commande les employés se sont rendus compte que les jantes n'étaient pas compatibles !

I ordered a complete set of winter tires, wheels and sensors for my Model Y from Axon. It was a flawless transaction with very well packaged mounted tires and wheels arriving ahead of schedule. The directional tires were mounted correctly with 2 for each side of the car. Sensors paired immediately and after a short drive found the correct wheel locations. And the best part was that I got the best price on the package deal with exceptional service. Thanks Axon.

I ordered a set of wheels and missed that the centerbore was 66.5mm when I meant to get 66.6mm ones.
They contacted me and helped pick wheels with the correct centerbore. They also checked the fitment for my vehicle.

Got a set of Continental ExtremeContact tires on these delicious red rims. The tires came installed and balanced on the rims and were well packaged. Best price I could find for the combo. Also got the black lug nuts set. Very happy. These turn heads.

Responsive service, fair pricing, free shipping

It has been a roller coaster ride with these guys, from the delay because of sheer volume of orders which I understand. Too running out of the tires I ordered as they were discontinued, thankfully Yoan went above and beyond to fix the issues and supplied the closest equivalent. With delivery hopefully tomorrow, they should be here and on my vehicle before winter season sets in.

Price was good. Follow up terrible. Ordered the tires. The delivery company left them outside. Delivery company said they left them inside the garage even though they didn’t have the code or knock on the door. Axon lets the delivery company dictate the investigation. Axon’s customer service is slow and the result of leaving my 4 tires outside to be stolen was too bad so sad.
